"Person., 2023" is a commentary addressing diversity, inclusivity and equanimity among people.  

The painting shows a front facing profile of a person.  The colors used to define the facial features are intended to suggest multicultural identity.  The brownish background is used to define my personal racial / ethnic identity as a brown skinned person.  The word "BLACK" located at the bottom left quadrant of the work, is nearly invisible to express discontent with day-to-day realities associated with living while Black.  It also signifies my identity as a Black artist.
